With a PhD in Neuroendocrinology and a board certification in Clinical Molecular Genomics, I have dedicated over 20 years of my career to clinical diagnostics, translational research, and innovation in healthcare. As the Chief Diagnostic Officer at Everly Health, I lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge diagnostic tests and solutions that improve health outcomes and empower consumers.

My core competencies include clinical laboratory operations, data science, machine learning, regulatory affairs, strategy, innovation, and executive thought leadership. I have successfully built and led teams across multiple disciplines and functions, from ideation to commercialization. I also serve as a board member, advisor, and consultant for various organizations in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. My mission is to leverage my scientific expertise and leadership skills to create value and impact for patients, providers, and partners.

Achieved NYS LDT approval of the first Women’s Health Reproductive Risk-based NGS test
Lead scientist that helped develop the first comprehensive PGT-D test using molecular techniques. Changed the testing landscape of IVF preimplantation genetic testing.
